The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

5/10/2014 • 3 CEUs

Have you ever wondered what to do when a patient is not happy? What should you say when you observe poor existing dental work during a new patient exam? By attending this informative course, you will learn what you should and should not do when dealing with a poor patient-care outcome and how to handle second opinions when you don't agree with the first.

The panel of dentists and Arizona Dental Board of Examiner's Executive Director will share their personal experiences and explain how they dealt with them. What is the best part of this program? It is done on a very informal basis and interaction with the audience is strongly encouraged.
