Participants should come with an outline of every step in their current recall system targeting unscheduled hygiene patients (emails, phone calls, texts, postcards, letters).  We'll review the timing and components of an effective recall system and identify opportunities and resources for filling any gaps.  Even if you are using an automated service, you should know the contact plan and review it at least annually.
