The Wrigley Mansion is located at 2501 E. Telawa Trail, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Upon your arrival, please follow the signs that guide you to the self-parking lot, located at the bottom of the hill. Once you park, please make your way up the stairs towards the guard shack. Enter into the Garden Terrace.
Ergonomics in Dentistry
Working in dentistry doesn't have to hurt! Stop the aches and pains commonly associated with the practice of dentistry and protect your physical health by using ergonomic equipment, chairside strategies and fitness.
Learning Objectives:
1. Learn risk factors for work related pain for the dental clinician.
2. Learn practical solutions for a correct workspace.
3. Learn how to practice comfortably to reduce fatigue and promote safety.
4. Learn posture enhancing strengthening exercises for injury prevention.
5.Learn and practice workday stretches that can be done chairside.
Katrina Klein:
Katrina is a 15 year registered dental hygienist, national speaker, author, competitive bodybuilder, certified personal trainer, certified ergonomic assessment specialist and biomechanics nerd. She’s the founder of ErgoFitLife, where she teaches that ergonomics and fitness are a lifestyle to prevent, reduce or even eliminate pain.Schedule:
