Overview
Achieving exceptional anterior implant esthetics can be challenging; however, with the appropriate knowledge and refined clinical skill set, these challenges can be successfully and repeatedly achieved. Our ultimate objective is to create implant restorations that seamlessly emulate the natural dentition in both form and function. This presentation will focus on the close collaboration our practice emphasizes between the restorative specialist and the periodontist. The material presented will be evidence-based and supported by clinical cases that illustrate the principles discussed.
Too often, we overlook the fact that implant dentistry is fundamentally restoratively driven. Comprehensive, interdisciplinary treatment planning allows us to deliver optimal esthetic outcomes and long-term, predictable results for our patients.
- Restorative guidelines for immediate implant placement (initiated by the restorative specialist)
- Extraction site physiology and its influence on treatment planning for your final restoration
- Strict surgical rules we follow for acheiving predictable results for our restorative colleagues
- Clinical surgical and restorative techniques to achieve predictable results
- The role of full contour provisional restorations to predict our outcomes
- What we share tonight should be immediately incorporated into your restorative workflow.
