Join your Women in Dentistry colleagues for a Women Empowered® Self-Defense Super Seminar and happy hour.

This special 2.5-hour seminar is designed for participants who have no prior experience but is an incredible learning opportunity for anyone with previous self-defense experience. It has been meticulously crafted to create an amazing experience for all who attend!
 
An overview of the seminar:
 

• How did we get here? A Brief History of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and its place in self-defense, the UFC, the military, law enforcement, and the creation and international success of the Women Empowered® program.
• An overview of the 4-Phase of a sexual assault (Stranger and Non-Stranger).
• Understanding the Triangle of Victimization and how to avoid it.
• Understanding and Defining Boundaries – How to Change Them and Reenforce Them.
• Some of the most effective, fundamental techniques from the Women Empowered program.
  • By the time the seminar is complete, participants will not only have a better understanding of these techniques, but they will also see why the world is falling in love with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the Women Empowered program!

Although, the Women Empowered® program is designed to provide training and resources for women in what would be considered by many as worst case scenarios, it is taught and facilitated with great care and levity throughout the seminar.
