Spend a nice evening out for dinner at the Wrigley Mansion as Dr. Dunn shares her business expertise.  As Dr. Dunn explains… As dental professionals, we carry the weight of two full time jobs: clinical dentistry and running the business aspects of the practice.  Both require intense concentration and a dedication to extended training outside of the office.  But how much of your time is spent on the mundane tasks of making sure the business runs smoothly every day, and how much is spent really concentrating on your comprehensive vision?  Do you find yourself spending countless hours caught up in the minutia of the day to day and don’t take much time to focus on the big picture?  The 10 essentials are key items that are sometimes forgotten or ignored when we stop focusing on our broader vision and spend too much time on the things that don’t really matter.  Dr. Dunn will help you evaluate your goals and more importantly change your mindset when you are working on your business.  These 10 essentials will help you refocus so your work becomes more productive and meaningful.

Courtney Dunn, DDS:
