Today we have more options than ever for ceramic restorations. How do we choose the proper material for each situation?  What advantages do some have over others?  It is impertive to understand all the current ceramic systems of e.Max, full-contoured or layered zirconia.

Learning Objectives:

  • Select the proper creamic to achieve maximum esthetic success in all areas of the mouth.
  • Select proper cements for each ceramic system including resin cements, RMGI and bioceramic cements.

In the afternoon, Dr. Gillespie will talk on New Products:  When Do I Make the Switch?  The heated topics of universal bonding agents, bulk fill composites, and cements will be debated at length to help determine what material is a peoper choice for several direct and indirect procedures.

Learning Objectives:

  • Properly utilize different types of bonding agents for any procedure of directo or indirect dentistry.
  • Determine the advantages and disadvantages of bulk fill resins for direct restoration.

 

Gregory Gillespie, DDS:

Dr. Gillespie stayed true to his roots and returned to his hometown of Vancouver, WA to practice dentistry.  He received his DDS from the University of Washington School of Dentistry.  He is well known for his personal and approachable style, making communication open and easy.
