An interactive session exploring the juxtaposition of the ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct and the Arizona Dental Practice Act in both theory and practice.  Real, live stories from the archives of dental boards and legal cases around the country will be the subject of group dissection and discussion.  Meets BODEX requirements for ethics and Arizona jurisprudence.

Kevin Earle:

Kevin Earle has served as the executive director of the Arizona Dental Association for the last eight years.  Prior to his current position, he was the executive director of the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners and the New Jersey Board of Dentistry.  He holds a Ba in Public affairs from George Washington University, an MBA from Rutgers University and an MPH in Health Policy from Columbia University.
