This program takes a vulnerable and transparent look at how Dentists, team members and patients can connect on a deeper level and provides team members with a rare glimpse into what the dentist is really thinking and wrestling with--even identifying the Dentist's unspoken needs.

The truth is, connecting with your patients is the key to finding out what they need and want. This is vital because you cannot motivate your patients to be healthy if you don't know what your Dentist is thinking and what is important to your patients! When you listen and connect with your patients, they will start caring more about their oral health, and your practice performs better as more patients embrace their treatment plan.  This learning opportunity is a completely honest look and includes an intractive group discussion that will result in more fulfillment at work and success for your practice.

Learning objectives:

Learn how to connect with patients and other dental team members in your office on a more personal, deeper level.

Facilitate ways that your dentist becomes comfortable sharing what she/he needs with you.

Gain a clearer insider look at how the dentist really thinks.

Discuss what approaches, tone, and specific phrases best resonate with patients.
