This course covers some of the common business issues for practices, including options for dealing with: difficult patients, negative online reviews, and third-parties working with your practice.

After this course you will be able to have a better understanding of how to:
1) Navigate certain business issues impacting your practice
2) Ways to approach negative online reviews
3) Deal with contractors or third-parties (marketing firms, tech companies, landscapers) working with or for your practice
